About SAMANA COLLECTA at The World Islands, Dubai
SAMANA COLLECTA is the new premium residential brand of SAMANA Developers, and its first flagship development is planned on The World Islands off the Dubai coast. Announced in October 2026 with a gross development value of more than AED 4 billion, the island is planned with 840 branded residences - Suites (studios) and one- to four-bedroom homes - plus seven floating villas and two tree villas, all planned with sea views. SAMANA has not yet announced a handover date.
The World Islands is the man-made archipelago off the Dubai coast, which SAMANA describes as one of Dubai's last major waterfront frontiers. SAMANA will act as master developer of its island, delivering its own electricity, water, sewerage and waste systems and marine transport. There is no road link: a yacht shuttle to mainland Dubai is planned every 30 minutes, with embarkation points to be announced closer to launch.
SAMANA COLLECTA launch prices were published on 27 October 2026: Suites from 468 sq ft at AED 1.5 million, one-bedroom homes from 722 sq ft at AED 2.1 million and two-bedroom homes from 1,405 sq ft at AED 3.8 million. Three-bedroom homes start from 2,315 sq ft with prices on request, and four-bedroom homes and the floating and tree villas are priced on request.
The island is designed for year-round living rather than holiday use. Planned amenities include several beaches, a lagoon, swimming pools, a beach club, water sports, spas, indoor and outdoor gyms, co-working spaces with high-speed internet, a welcome centre, retail and everyday services, and several restaurants including a floating Italian restaurant with a Michelin-recognised culinary partner. The residences are being designed with an Italian luxury brand to be named by SAMANA, with Italian-inspired landscaping across the island. Core amenities are planned to open from the first handover.
Two payment plans are available. The PDC plan starts with 5% on booking, then 5% at months 3, 12 and 18 and 1% a month for 80 months. The non-PDC plan is 15% down (10% on booking and 5% in month 2), 35% during construction in seven six-monthly payments of 5%, and 50% after handover in 25 instalments of 2%.
SAMANA Developers is headquartered in Business Bay and led by CEO Imran Farooq. It states it has launched more than 50 projects, and its completed handovers include SAMANA Greens and SAMANA Park Views in Arjan and SAMANA Santorini in Dubai Studio City. SAMANA COLLECTA is the company's first premium brand.
