How do the Direct Deal UAE Gold Rewards work?
When you buy a selected off-plan or ready property directly from the developer through Direct Deal UAE, you receive a gold reward based on the purchase value — from AED 10,000 on a AED 500,000+ home up to AED 100,000 on a AED 4,000,000+ home. The reward is in addition to 0% buyer commission.
Which properties qualify for a gold reward?
Selected off-plan and ready projects bought directly from our developer partners qualify. Resale purchases do not qualify. Eligibility is confirmed per project — contact our RERA-certified team (ORN 43954) on WhatsApp and we will confirm the qualifying projects that match your budget.
How much gold can I receive?
Rewards are tiered by purchase value: AED 500,000+ earns AED 10,000; AED 1,000,000+ earns AED 20,000; AED 2,000,000+ earns AED 50,000; AED 3,000,000+ earns AED 75,000; and AED 4,000,000+ earns AED 100,000 in gold.
Do I still pay commission if I claim a gold reward?
No. Buyers pay 0% commission on off-plan and ready properties bought from our developer partners. The gold reward is an additional benefit on top of zero buyer commission.
When is the gold reward issued?
The reward is paid 90 days after signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Cancelled, refunded or transferred bookings are not eligible.
Does the reward value change with the gold price?
The reward is expressed in AED value. Because it is issued as gold, the exact quantity may vary based on the gold market price at the time of issue.
