RAW District II by Imtiaz Developments - also searched as RAW District 2 - is the second phase of the RAW District concept on Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Jebel Ali, set in Dubai's southern growth corridor. It offers studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments alongside retail and office space, with expected completion in Q2 2029.
Imtiaz describes RAW District II as a contemporary district designed around active use of shared spaces and a forward-looking neighbourhood, carrying the same DNA as the RAW District before it. The developer places the project in relation to Dubai Marina, Expo City and Palm Jebel Ali, and to the future site of the expanded Al Maktoum International Airport, which is still under development.
The outdoor and community spaces are the defining feature. Imtiaz lists a floating pavilion, a shallow pool with lounge and terrace, a pool terrace, hydrotherapy pool seating, pocket seating, an outdoor cinema lawn with movable bean bags, outdoor meeting pavilions and a winter market.
The residential mix runs from compact studios to 3 bedroom apartments, while the retail and office space at the base is designed to serve residents and visitors to the district.
