Arrival is through a double-height lobby reception with concierge. Parking is planned as an automated robotic system with a car collection lounge. The design also includes readiness for a future air-taxi vertiport and purpose-built drone delivery platforms - provisions in the proposed building design, not services that operate today. Ellington's payment plan is 70/30: 20% on booking, four 5% instalments at 90, 180, 240 and 360 days after reservation, six 5% instalments linked to construction progress from 20% to 70% completion, and 30% on completion.
