The developer's inventory dated 22 October 2026 records the project as off-plan with handover in Q4 2027 and lists two-bedroom apartments of 1,018.86 to 1,792.08 sqft at AED 2,031,615 to AED 3,573,404 - see the Current Availability table below.

Facilities listed by Dugasta are a rooftop swimming pool, steam and sauna, a fully equipped gym, EV charging stations and 24/7 security with CCTV; the brochure adds a spacious lobby and waiting lounge. Dugasta lists Al Maktoum International Airport about 16 minutes away, Expo City Dubai about 24 minutes, and The Outlet Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Jebel Ali Free Zone and Palm Jumeirah about 30 minutes by car.
