About The Valley
The Valley is a master community by Emaar Properties on the Dubai–Al Ain Road. Emaar launched it in 2019, and describes a 200-hectare masterplan with more than 4,500 homes alongside retail, leisure, education and health facilities. Coverage of the launch in The National said it was aimed at the mid-income market, particularly first-time buyers, and Emaar's chairman described it at the time as a self-contained town.
Homes are mainly townhouses, released in named phases. The first, Eden, offered three- and four-bedroom homes, and later releases include Nara, Talia, Orania, Elora, Rivana, Nima, Velora and Vindera. Bedroom counts vary by phase; Velora, for example, has three- and four-bedroom townhouses. Emaar also offers villas in select developments, such as The Farm Gardens, a gated neighbourhood of four- and five-bedroom villas.
Shared facilities are built around a Town Centre, which Emaar lists at 32,000 sqm with retail, dining and entertainment, and Golden Beach, an urban beach of 47,000 sqm. Emaar also lists a 25,000 sqm Sports Village, the Kids Dale play area, a Pocket Park, a skate park, cycling tracks and jogging trails, and says the community has 24/7 security with controlled access.
Emaar names the Dubai–Al Ain Road as the route to The Valley and lists the Sevens Stadium among nearby landmarks.
