The Heights Country Club and Wellness is a master-planned community by Emaar Properties in Dubai. Emaar unveiled it at a launch event in May 2024 and describes a masterplan of 7.5 million square metres, or about 81 million square feet, with around 1.3 million square metres of open space. The concept places a wellness centre at the heart of the community, linked to the neighbourhoods by landscaped greenways.
Emaar says the community sits at the junction of the E611 (Emirates Road) and E77, and states that it is around ten minutes' drive from Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport, 20 minutes from Dubai Hills Estate and 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai. In its launch announcement Emaar also pointed to the planned expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport nearby.

Emaar's launch release refers to townhouses and semi-attached villas, and its current community page lists three-, four- and five-bedroom villas with open layouts and indoor-outdoor living. Shared facilities are built around health and outdoor living.
